This is the 2nd time we are using Skylux. We worked with Faith the 1st time and she was amazing. So this next trip, she was our 1st preference. She is very kind and patient. There were a lot of challenges due to schedule constraints but we are so happy that she was able to come across great. We know that it does get frustrating but she maintained her professionalism.
