This was the first time I use this travel service through a friend's recommendation. I am pleasantly surprised. Quick response within 15 minutes after I put in inquiry on their website, the agent Aviana was pleasant and knowledgeable, most importantly, her foreign accent was easy to understand. I've been shopping around for the business class flight fare and Aviana was able to find the same flight with $300 less. She also found domestic connecting flights with United Airline at a much less price than I could find. It's great because I have UA Explore credit card, this way I don't need to pay for my check-in luggage. I'd definitely check with her first for my future vacation trips.
