Cartman is my "go-to" travel agent for all my international trips. If there's a good fare or better connection to be found, Cartman will find it - and he pays attention to the details - like the adequacy of the connection times, the aircraft in use, how much room the seats have, whether they really lie flat in business, etc... We've booked several big trips now with Cartman's help and will always check first with Cartman/Skylux before we book another. Skylux's post-purchase service is also great.

Alonso has been so great during this COVID crisis with assisting me in re-booking my flight. I was so nervous that I would get the run around, but he was so professional and called me back every time when he said he would.
